Global4Net takes over the technical care of Blue Shadow

We are happy to announce that Global4Net took control over the technical care of Blue Shadow. Blue Shadow is a polish fashion brand started in 2003. At the moment the company has 16 shops. The basic goal of this project is ensuring the safety and continuity of Blue Shadow’s online sales channel.

AUDIT AND SYSTEM ANALYSIS

As a part of the first stage, Global4Net’s team reviewed the client’s current systems to check the security, efficiency as well as the quality of the source code. Subsequently, some amendments were introduced and SLA was ensured for the sales system. Global4Net’s maintenance department makes sure that the accepted parameters of the store’s service are held up. The team immediately reacts to any critical problems occurring in the application. Global4Net will support the client also in the field of optimization and the development of the application itself.

The acquisition was based mainly on the experience of Global4Net, which implemented and is developing over 50 stores based on the Magento platform for polish as well as international clients.

SAFETY AND CONTINUITY OF OPERATION

The acquisition and maintenance of Blue Shadow’s online sales channel by Global4Net allowed ensuring continuity of operation and business safety. As part of the service, the client also gets the possibility of further app development, as well as a chance to take advantage of the team’s wide variety of competencies consisting of project managers, UX designers, frontend developers, webmasters, and programmers.

MIGRATIONS TO MAGENTO PLATFORM

Global4Net carries out the migrations of e-commerce services to Magento from all platforms. The process is preceded by an analysis which is aimed to identify any potential risk and prepare the migration schedule. After the migration, everything is carefully tested to check the transferred functions and data compliance. The operation itself is unnoticeable for the end users along with password maintenance, the history of orders and all data necessary to manage the selling process.
