NEO24 is among the best online shops in Poland, offering a wide range of audio, video and household equipment. Despite this, it constantly develops its offer, providing more and more new product categories to its customers. It has been our business partner since 2015. Over the years of our cooperation, we have implemented many changes to improve the functioning of the shop. A significant revolution for the website was, among others, the implementation of the Progressive Web App and thus offering a new shopping experience to its users. NEO24.PL website enjoys wide recognition. It was awarded e.g. The Trusted Shops Certificate and included in the Ranking Of The Most Valuable Polish Brands.
Goals
The goal of implemented changes offered to NEO24.pl, especially those regarding payment and delivery methods was to make shopping experience quicker, easier and suited for the current needs of the customers. We’ve achieved that goal after integration of 10 additional extensions.
Payment extensions
We integrated six innovative extensions helping customers with the use of additional payment methods.
Single Sign On
We made sure that the customers can log in into the store with their Google and Facebook accounts. The finalization of shopping transactions became possible without the necessity of registration on the site, as it can be done via external accounts.
Delivery methods extensions
We enabled the customers to use new option of delivery, thanks to the integration of the additional modules. This has increased the flexibility of delivery methods and provided users with choice.
2.Solutions
We began with in-depth consultation with our client, as to determine their most important needs and expectations. Soon it was established that majority of changes will be made in the front-end part of the website. From the technical site most of our attention was given to the integration of external extensions created by our specialists with the Magento platform, on which the NEO24.pl operates. When we came up with solutions to all the technical parts of the plan, we commenced the integration, by developing and adjusting new tools to the platform and ensuring it was becoming even more functional.

3. Our actions
The project was divided into a few phases. Firstly, we checked which extensions had to be designed from scratch. We prepared comprehensive project documentation, including all the most important functions, which were going to be developed. The documentation also included the plans of integrations that was about to be performed. We performed it and have successfully tested it. This would be able without the work of our UX designers, architects and PHP developers.
